Your WV version not supporting the Motor Vehicle property tax credit is a major deficiency. Most people I know will be looking elsewhere without that one item supported.

Updates for the program that were available during this filing season would show an error message each time I tried to install the new updates. Not until I tried several different options did the update become successful.

Bug in state program wasted 5 hours of my time

Bug in state program wasted 5 hours of my time and forced me to paper file. I had royalties for another state with no tax due after I did that state return. When I did my SC the Schedule TC "Net tax due the the other state" was "0", zero. This was correct, but was flagged as an "error that must be corrected" in order to file electronically. Nothing I tried including entering incorrect data to trick the software got rid of the error.
I have had this problem for about 3 or 4 years since the bug first appeared. The paper file was correct.
On a positive note. The federal and other state worked flawlessly and the AI questions generated answers that were not only correct but were technically difficult and correct.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

i dont understand the purpose of asking for a "bonus depreciation" from 2002 and 2003? online chat was useless, and Irs couldn't answer it either. what happens now that I left it blank because no one could answer me on what it was?

The Premium HR Block software lost or deleted one of my 2 e-filings, noted when I went to check status. Both e-file submissions were accepted when originally filed. Both files were available on the screen check status area when the program was opened for three days, then suddenly gone. Chat person zero help. Only offered simple obvious solutions, none of which helped or provided a way to recover my filing. Per the chat person, no way to recover.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
