It was missing some features that would have been helpful.
A version selection tool would have helped me select the correct level of my purchase. I just had to guess as to which one I needed.
As I was filling in my information it would have been helpful to know which form I was filling in.
A Save and Continue Later Button on Every Screen is a feature I expected that was not there.
