Overall good but the help topics don’t always answer questions. In the past, there was a help line which seems to have disappeared. I’ve been a loyal customer for probably 20 years now. I should get some extra help when needed.

The no tax on overtime section of the OBBBA does not require the taxpayer to itemize deductions in order to qualify. I don’t itemize, so the interview question never came up in the download version of the premium plus edition of your software. I learned about the law after filing, so I had to file an amended 1040. I had to select itemized deductions filll in schedule 1A and then switch back to standard deduction for the software to work. Very disappointed

First time I used this software and it was EXCELLENT! It is very user friendly and intuitive. I love the feature that imports 1099’s directly from our financial advisor and completes the appropriate forms automatically…amazing! I’ve had taxes done by a CPA for years and decided to save some money and this software was perfect. I compared last year’s return to this year and the software covered all the bases. E-filing was very simple.

I bought the premium app for Win 11. Your AI help is a joke. It is only a data base search. I would say, "What form do I use to enter xxx?" It would reply, " I don't understand, you can ask questions like ...."
