I used H&R tax app for the first time this year. I found it very easy to use and very accurate. My Fed and State tax were done in one evening and my tax refunds were quickly received. No issues from Fed or State with my tax forms. I am very pleased with H&R!!!

We used Turbo Tax for around 30 years, and they discontinued Windows-10.
As a result we chose your software, even though we could not find any business that had experience with your program. As engineers and software coders, we are disappointed with your product.
The learning curve took us way too much time due to poor documentation, we could not get our investment 1099B information entered correctly.

This years version was horrible. 20 - 24 was great

System was basically crashed fie weeks, until the March 20th updates came out. I had my return ready for my final revuew/editing to get my refund and had to wait weeks to complete my form because until the update on 3/20 nothing could be edited
