The people that you get connected to when the chat cannot answer your questions are useless. The first few people I spoke with passed me off to someone else. The last time I was supposed to get a call from a supposed “expert” within a week. I got a call a month later after spending a lot of time on my own to resolve my problem. I already had my refund before I got the call back. Again, useless.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better than last year's error but with new errors
