Almost worth the price but has a few flaws

I bought this product because it did not require Windows 11. It ran on Windows 10. However, I gave it four stars because I ran into 2 problems that could not be resolved with this tax software program. 1) Cannot add more than three state charities. Program says to click on 'Whole Form' but there is no 'Whole Form' selection to click on. Clicking on 'Show Form' would not let me make the necessary entries. 2) Could not e-file because of an entry on a K-1 form AND could not e-file because a state charity did not have a Charity Code. The charity had a charity tax number and is a certified 501 charity. HR Block charity form does not allow entering a valid tax number.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

2025 Difficult to make changes or corrections. Difficult to navigate between sections. Charged twice for filing state return. Chat robot is generally useless and it is extremely difficult to reach a human to discuss issues; when finally reached, the person could not help. Call back never came.
