I've used this software for years. It works quite well. The one issue I wish they would fix is they check for software updates while filing after purchasing e-file. The software then determines it needs to install an update, downloads and updates, goes through several screens -- luckily it remembers most of the data entered -- then asks for you credit card info and charges you again..

I have used this software for 25 years. I cannot believe that I cannot load my Merril activity automatically. I have always done this. The software is now not worth anything if I have to load it all manually.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had to update repeatedly and final product finally available in March 2026. Could not submit tax return prior due to inaccurate/incomplete forms in software. User interface more confusing this year compared with many years of prior use.
