I switched from TurboTax due to the fact I cannot install TurboTax on a drive other than my main C drive where I have no room to install. I used Taxcut in the past and it was a bit more professional than TurboTax.
Cons: Hard to import documents

Fails to show work. Many items that can be done automatically are left to the user to puzzle out. Errors in estimated taxes. Very difficult to directly access any specific item.

Good overall but still buggy on the Mac. Downloading and installing State still doesn't work properly. I always purchase the premium edition with State included and each year I have to call support to give me a direct download link for State.
