Every time I open the application I get a warning on screen resolution and if I don’t select my answer it does not start up. While working on the tax entry I got lots of freezing and forced shutdown.

There is no way to ask tax questions. Even simple ones. The bot response system is built to answer only the most basic questions like, where do I start, how do i install the program, etc. Trying to ask a question about COGs is a waste of time. The software is stupid and worthless and no human is available to help. No humans available EVER/ANYWHERE.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I strongly suggest that H&R improve the Rental Property portion of your Premium version. In past 3 years, I made similar mistakes when I reported my rental property incomes and expenses. You should explain more clearly that each property must be entered in the button "+ Add activities..." because each "activity" has its own expenses and may have more than one item to appreciate (house, refrigrator, tool shed, etc.). The first time I did it, I failed to recognize this tricky step and hence enter two rental properties and their expenses under one (the first) "Activity", and the result was that I could not enter expenses for each property -- there was only one Expense Table or list I could enter. Thus I had to re-do the whole section! I then found out I had the similar trouble in the past two years when I used H&R to file my tax. If this weakness is not improved, I may switch to other tax software next season!

I usually have great accurate taxes with H &R Block however this year the software kept changing the Box 1 amount when I would advance forward through the software. I would only notice it because the amount of federal I would get back would increase a lot. So I would go back and double check the amounts in the W2 areas and my Box 1 would be less than what I put in. I had to go back 7 times to fix it. It was very annoying and appropriate. I tried to call to report it but the wait time was too long.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
