I have used for years for personal and solely owned propertership taxes, works ok. The one big ugly bill made a lot of tax changes, not well explained in the program. Normally give five stars, but this year more explanation would help.

I can’t find the tips report for form 1099k, it is only asked for filling in who has W-2. So I have to put tips in expense😢I tried to ask the help button but no answer there.

I like most features of H&R Block software. But i suggest 2 improvements. First, it would be nice show the prior year amounts in each relative field that applies to the return being prepared. Second, make it easier to find the NET amount of a refund after filing the return (net of HRB and bank fees).

The preparation and accuracy process including downloading of financial data from Fidelity and calculate all the data was 5-star! The instructions to copy and print the completed form was the worst I have ever encountered! 1 Star! The Internet is alive with similar comments by other users. Good grief, it should take three key strokes to print or copy the IRS Form to PDF not hours. My Printer a Canon TS720a.
