We use it every year. Never have a problem with the IRS or Colorado revenue dept.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Overall it works well. I would like to have support for Arizona form 309, without it it forces me to have to mail the return and not e-file. May have to consider switching to another tax software.

Always used TurboTax. Tried Block this year because TT was forcing me to upgrade to windows 11. My computer is too old to upgrade to 11 but it is fine for me so I'm not being forced to upgrade because of one stupid program. A friend told me that Block does not require it this year. If you do next year, I'll be doing my taxes by hand.

Was simple to download and it was not too hard following the instructions although some sections you had to do some research and background work to fill in the response to the questions being asked but overall was pretty straightforward, and the cost was reasonable.
