Waiting for required updates delayed me from filing until Feb 27th...In addittion, there was a glitch with SS entries that could not be cleared in any mode. Other than that, it was ok.

Very satisfied with the data entry process. My only negative is the fact the Medical information from Schedule A does not roll over to the state forms as it does with other Tax preparation software.

I've been using this software for more than 5 years already. User friendly, great product compared to other software. My only suggestion to increase the number of times we can file our federal tax returns online. As of today 1 software will allow you 5 times only to e file. Since we are big family needing to e file, it is helpful if we could have a software which would allow more e filing. We don't mind if you will increase the price as long as we only purchase 1 software. Thank you.
