The online process is not completely explained. The software should be in the cloud, not downloaded to my laptop. This was my first year so hopefully next year will be easier because 2025 return will already be on file. The worksheet vs form entry should be better explained. For a first time Block user, A lot of trial by error and never sure if I was following the right protocol.

the web page is too small and hard to read and too light the print is not dark and too small and sometimes hard to understand to tax law

there is so much typing when your product was used the prior year - it does bring forward your Drivers License , bank account # etc, also your state efile prices are to high especially when we had to buy the software - also does not create federal estimates

I bought the H&R block software only to learn that it does not have all the features to complete your return without having to manually enter your information. I'm speaking about importing your financial data from Wells Fargo Clearing Services which the company was not in the financial drop-down menu. File a trouble ticket on 2/20 and was told someone will reach out in 5 days. No one has as of 2/28. Problem was not addressed in the last update. Will not buy this software again do to what seem a lack of instress in addressing users problem(s).

I like the way this software walks you through what you need to file your taxes. I have been using it now for a few years and feel confident it has helped me get the best results.
