Software doesn’t handle REITS nor some K1s. That seems lame, especially given this is their top end software (Premium and business). Also several other odd things that you have to do yourself.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Generally works very well with a new exception: The program has a glitch about filing your state tax forms. It sends them, but does not say so inside the program. It still says "un-filed". I did get an email confirming state acceptance of the E-filing, but it was disconcerting to not get a confirm inside the program that is had been filed.
Pros: Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

You screwed up again.

Year after year your program gets the MN property tax refund calculated completely wrong. It does not know how to do that tax form correctly. Last year I was audited going back 4 years. And, you got it wrong again this year. So I'll file it myself, but I feel you owe me a partial refund
