Should have done the state taxes first. Some of the federal incomes that I listed didn't go over to the state forms. Needless to say I didn't catch it, but the state sure did.

Was able to e-file, however, it is difficult and cumbersome to print a paper return to file. It does not duplex print correctly; double sided pages didn't line up correctly.
I want to see the figures used to compute the federal tax; we have capital gains so the tax table of income/tax percent does not equal the number shown and I could not get the same answer as the tax program.

I have been an HR block user for years and years, but this season may be my last. It was March 15 before the final update applied to business and same for 1040 es . The program also seems to be slower and harder to use. Very disappointed

wasted 4 weeks while trying to figure partnership

Could not get the software to work for 4 weeks, kept getting the run around. After several hours on the phone and several people telling me it was in the works, one person looked into it and said the fix was in place and had been in place for a long while. They walked me through the fix and the software worked fine. Why did it take so long to say, open the software as an administrator to get it loaded the first time?

Coming from a dis-satisfied Coming from a dissatisfied long-term usage position with TurboTax, I found the available information related to specific data entry questions lacking. But the program cost significantly less than TT, so that’s a big plus.
