I was a TurboTax user but don't have Windows 11 so I switched because HR said it supported Windows 10. I thought "how bad can it be?" It was horrible. Terrible user interface--very hard to navigate and understand what information it was looking for and I am pretty knowledgeable about taxes. I wasn't able to file the Trusts on-line -- which I could do with Turbo. For my LLC submission, I filed on-line, but there is a bug in the software that doesn't make the header file correctly. It leaves the yes and no boxes blank for "Has the Responsible Party changed". So I got an Accepted with Messages because if the party has changed it needs another form. Party did not change and *I* checked the appropriate boxes but HR didn't when it made the header to transfer. In addition, their customer support is awful. I had 3 separate problems--each time I was supposed to be contacted in 3 -5 business days. 1st one I was directed to send screen shots to the troubleshooting department. After 7 days I sent a follow up email, no response. After 10 days another, no response after 15 days I called and they had no idea what was going on. Other 2 times no response ever and one an inadequate response after a month. Unlike the personal software, it won't import your information from last year if it's a Turbo file. I will buy a new computer and get Windows 11 so I don't have to use HR Block ever again!!

business version was much more stable this year. didn't like the original amazon download of the premium version though - the screen didn't display the right-third of the contents, including the Next button. Glad it was fixed a few weeks later though, after I made several calls.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Double Charged to E-File due to Update Required

This program was easy to use and went smoothly until the efiling.. Once completed and credit card info entered it needed a update and rebooted requesting credit card again. Both charges went thru on the credit card
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

E-filing fee for State tax is outrageous. Instead of allowing to e-file up to 5 federal taxes, offer the choice of e-filing up to 5 federal and/or state taxes with the software purchase.

The business program doesn't run. After calling from overseas for 2 hour support session it still doesn't run. They said they would have the advanced team get back to me but no one has. From Reddit it looks like the program hasn't run since January and that there has been been no fix.

I don't trust that the questions and results are correct. Plus the state form was not accurate.
