It really appears that my opinion is NOT valued, that this survey is juist a mere formality the results which goes directly into the bit bucket! Multiple responses to surveys even those which request a contact results in 'crickets'...
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I have been using your home an business for years

The Business Software will not load I tried it on 2 computers It give the same error message on both. I had to purchase Turbo Tax busies to complete my corporate taxes.
Pros: Easy to prepare

The product is good. The one complaint I have is with the Foreign Taxes paid form 1116. I complete the questionnaire and still in the final review I am told that certain boxes need to be completed. Why aren't they completed as part of the interview? It is very difficult to later fill in boxes when you have no idea what the form is asking for.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I filed 4 returns. 1041 fed and state. 1040 fed and state. Took forever which means many days to determine that none of the 1041 returns and the 1040 state return could not be filed electronically. A big disappointment.
Cons: Time consuming

Worst in over 10 years of using

I’ve been using this software every year for over 10 years now and this was the absolute worst version ever. It changed the amount of tax owed when I hit the back button just to double check something, I didn’t change any of my entries but it increased the amount owed. Then when I finished my return it had entered an additional business to my list by itself. When I attempted to delete the non extra business from the list it totally crashed and after two hours of work I had to completely start over. The second time through it has no issues but totaled a completely different amount owed than the first time. I now have extreme doubt about the accuracy of this software.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
