I have used Turbo Tax in the past but my computer would not upgrade to windows 11 I was hesitant to use H & R because of the negative reviews, but it load and worked well on my computer.

I've use your product for years and I will continue to use it. The program is well organized and runs smoothly. Keep it up.
I had only these things to comment on:
- I was trying to print one of the returns, but sent it to the wrong printer. I tried to cancel the print, but the program crashed and closed.
- I prepared a return for a deceased relative and checked the box that I wanted to include the death certificate with the return. Nevertheless, it didn't offer a way to do that with the federal return. All that info is already available to the IRS through the SSA, so I don't think it really matters, but from a user interface point of view it needs a tweak.
- I prepared and printed a Missouri return for the deceased relative. I was required to file a MO-1310D with the return, so the return had to be mailed to a separate address than the one listed on the summary page. I couldn't eFile because of the MO-1310D.

Many bugs this year but better than 2024

The 2024 version was a piece of garbage. Corrupted my return after submission so I could not use it for this year's taxes.
The 2025 version is better but this time I made sure I backed the T25 file up to different file names multiple times.
Then when I was attempting to e-file, it required I resubmit my e-file (including CC number!!) 4 times (which resulted in me getting charged each time), after which it finally submitted.
I've been a HRB Customer for 20+ years and am not at all happy with their software of late.
