I purchased the premium + business + state program on March 1st and continued to have problems downloading and trying to update the program. It would not connect to your server. On the 15th of March I called for help after trying all the other options to no avail. I spent 2 hours on the phone, and nothing worked. The program still would not update or connect. On the 16th, I tried again, this time with a different person. After 2.5 hours, she told my there was nothing she could do and she would have someone who knew more than her "call me back" in a day or two. I waited. They never called. Finally on the 19th, I called again and got hold of someone who knew what she was doing. She had to uninstall the program and reinstall it for it to work. I think I should be reimbursed to compensate me for all the aggravation and days of stress I went through before I could use what I paid for.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used this product for several years and love it! Easy to use and understand plus it covers any issues I have for my personal and business taxes. I am as confident with this software as if I had an accountant sitting next to me.

The tax software is easy to use.That portion is very positive. I filed electronically and it took nearly a month to get my refunds from federal and Georgia. That is much too slow for electronic filing. Also, when the status of the refund, it was inaccurate. I had to check my bank online, to find out my refund was already in the bank account.

I found the software very good! The only problem I had was the weekly updates did not give me my forms til the last day of February. I got my refund successfully. I am very happy with that.

I could not open a return to check on the efile status. I was told to wait for an update, After the update I was able to open the file once and then the same error came back. I tried to file for an extension on another return and the return disappeared.
