Have been using this software now for several years and the transfer of previous year's info is truly painless as well as the ease of entering current year's data with clear instructions and easy flow to the process makes it quite simple to do a somewhat complicated return with investment info as well as rental income.

Overall product works well for personal income tax. However,, there was an issue with health insurance purchased thru the marketplace that I could not resolve. The business software had some issues also that could not be resolved, and we had to supply incorrect info just to get the system to work.
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very disappointed with the program this year. First time I ever bought the state tax in addition to Federal and it is extremely not intuitive. I'm also unable to e-file my return for my deceased mother as there is a problem with form 1310.

I HAVE BEEN USING THE H&R BLOCK PREMIUM SOFTWARE FOR ALMOST TWENTY YEARS. IT'S EXCELLENT, BUT ONE FLAW OVER THESE YEARS IS THAT IT'S DIFFICULT FOR ME TO FIND OUT TO WHICH DRIVE AND FOLDER SOME OF THE TAX FORMS ARE BEING SAVED TO. THAT IS THE ONLY THING OTHER THAN EXCELLENT THAT I SAY WHEN OTHERS ASK ME ABOUT H&R BLOCK'S PREMIUM SOFTWARE.
