The personal taxes software is fairly easy to navigate, but the business software is confusing and always ends up with a lot of errors to fix that weren't addressed in the interview. This causes a lot of wasted time going back through the forms trying to correct everything, and even when is says it's good, you still get an error R0000-232 message from the IRS after you've filed.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Entered all my data into HRBlock Premium & Business 2025 Software and was ready to file my returns electronically on Feb. 10, but HRBlock software kept telling me a needed update for certain forms would be available "soon." So, an update came on Feb. 13, but alas, it was not the one I needed to file my return. Message said next update would be Feb. 20. What is this? TurboTax updates its software much more frequently. So, on Feb. 13, I bought Turbo Tax online, re-entered my date, and filed that day!! Got my refunds already. I'll NEVER use HRBlock software again. The IT group seems to drag its feet in getting important updates out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this thinking it would be a good thing. There is no direction and no benefit of using this. Not only do you have to buy the software, you also have to pay to mail the return. Not even close to being worth it.
