Verified Purchase:Yes
program did not check box saying "lived in U.S. more than half the year" even though there was a screen saying name, state Wi., lived entire year here. Everything else was very good. Would like to be able to check a box saying will use standard deduction, without having to go through checking possible itemize deductions, that was a waste of my time.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Not great! You said my forms were accepted by IRS. Then all of sudden they needed something else. They were supposed to send me a letter telling me…no letter so far. I don’t know what to do to get my refund. A very unhappy customer!
