I've been using H&R Block software for 20+ years. I've always liked it. This year, several of the forms I needed were not ready until Feb 27th. The program and your website blamed it on the IRS, but this is not true. I know others who used Turbo Tax and tax prepares and the forms were ready by end of January. Getting a large refund, this was not a welcomed issue with Block.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I have used H & R Block software for several years and have been quite happy with it. The fact that this year Merrill Lynch was not included in the banks/investment companies that I could access online caused problems and made the whole preparation process much more difficult. I will explore moving to Turbo Tax due to this problem. Otherwise, I still like the H & R Block software and am comfortable using it.

Cons: Hard to import documents
