Start up is WAY TOO SLOW!
I expect software to be up and going in 5-10 seconds.
This software takes 2-3 minutes. Bleh.

Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

The program was straight forward and easy to fill out. The main issue was at the end. When trying to file electronically, the program asked for a 5 digit PIN number before filing. Then after filing, the IRS rejected the filing, stating that a six digit PIN that was provided by the IRS needed to be used. First, you have to go to the IRS profile for you and retrieve your 6 digit PIN. There still wasn’t any step in the program to input the 6 digit PIN. Only after some online chat instruction was I able to input the 6 digit PIN. That wasn’t enough. You still had to create a 5 digit PIN before you could transmit your form to the IRS and be accepted. The program needs to be updated to include the 6 digit PIN before continuing to file electronically.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

I had to buy the software twice because trying to install it on an office computer. It get blocked five times and then I got locked out, so I installed the software at home and used it like I had for the last 1010 years at least and it worked fine, but I’ve paid twice instead of once.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
