HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT THIS YEAR

I have been using this software for at least 10 years and it has been good, easy peasy. This year was fine until it came to importing docs from my financial institution. It was not on the dropdown list and after many calls to HRB and the institution, I was finally told the fin. inst. wasn't partnering w/ ML this year. The automated instructions said to choose "Other" from the dropdown list if your fin. inst. wasn't listed, and upload a pdf of the 1099''s. But HA, "Other" wasn't listed either, so I couldn't drag a PDF into the program. My only option was to upload it all manually. After an aborted appointment at an HRB Retail office, I slogged through the 1099INT/DIV/B's and finished. Next year I may be going w/ TurboTax.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
