Have been using H&R Block software foe years. It's easy to use and have always gotten the maximum refund guaranteed. And I like the fact that it imports a lot of last year's data so it saves time filling the rest out.

The best part for me is the ease with which the software finds and adds information from last year's return to the current year's return. That saves lots of time and eliminates errors in manually entering information.

I have used this product to file my taxes since 2009 (17 years), and will continue in the future. Although I have been retired for about 5 years and have less complex tax filing than before, this product still suits my needs, is easy to use and is a reasonable price. I have once had to use the free tax audit support via my local office, when I mistakenly entered a stock activity value into the wrong field, provoking an IRS audit. My local office fixed the issue and refiled for me successfully. Excellent service supporting an excellent product.

The product did a good job of filing my taxes. My only frustration was that during the summary and wrapup process it keep stopping and wanting me to enter my Social Security Income. You don't seem to realize that not all filers receive Social Security Income. I am a retired federal employee and we had our own retirement system and never paid into Social Security. It was a real pain in the patoot to get around this and continue.
