I've been using H & R Block tax software for over a decade! I find it very easy to use for doing our taxes and can count on it being accurate. Their program is easy to understand, and they can answer most tax questions. E-filing is a breeze! They let me know that it has been sent as well as when the IRS accepts it. We usually get our refund within 7-10 days.

I've been using H&R Block fed tax software for many years. I'm always impressed by how easy and thorough it is. I could do with less upselling. I also like the option for buying the state return when things get too complicated for the free state systems. I recently learned that if one travels to another state often enough for work, another state filing is required. H&R was priceless for that situation.

The software was excellent, easy to use. Easy to load easy to upgrade the only issue I have is the cost for people that do a short form. Seems excessive price for the little that it does

It read my last-years return into the 2025 forms, asked all the right questions, prompted me when appropriate and landed a refund for me when I wasn't expecting one. About ten days later the IRS put the refund into my checking account. What could be easier?

Good features but needs improved printing/viewing

I have a using this software for many years and it performs as advertised. However, there have been no improvements in I viewing/print preview of individual forms or schedules. You need pinpoint control so click on the arrow in the middle of the drop-down box to select individual forms for printing. There
should be an easy way to print out forms and also there should be a print preview available before you print so you can select individual pages within a form. Currently, you have to
print out the entire form if you just want to reprint one page!
Also, there is no ability to copy data if you have multiple1099 – INT forms from the same payer. Each one must be input separately, making it very time-consuming.
