Have bought this for years never had a problem but this year I was doing my daughter and son-in-laws taxes and they normally do it married filing joint but thought it better this year to file married but separate. This was also the first year I bought the state program. The software for Federal took last years AGI to file and split it in half which made the Federal filing reject which then made the State filing reject. I had to go in and override the AGI with the full amount from last year's return so it matched their social security number with last year. Then Federal accepted. For my daughter Ohio re-filed and was accepted but not my son-in-law. His said he had to file Ohio on paper by mail and is still sitting in the program as pending. We will have to mail his in. Not happy with this glitch in the program.
