Disappointed

Extremely disappointed with HR. I was not able once to talk to anyone. My emails were acknowledged but Never answered. I have used HR for many years but this lack of care makes me angry.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very easy to use and file.
I did a roll over from a 401K to Roth and paid estimated tax on that portion. The software flagged that I had a penalty for under payment eventhough I had a refund coming. The process for manually entering monthly income and payments was not easy to understand and in my opinion could use some work.
