I buy this software every year, and I'm never disappointed. My returns are accurate and easy to use.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

too many screens

takes you through ad nauseum screens when you already know you want to take the standard deduction.

Easy to supply the numbers needed.

When I got this via download back in December, I had not realized one of the pieces that would be missing. Took me a while to figure out where to get the PI PIN which the IRS can supply. The code they want is 6 digits and what is in the form when submitting the tax return is 5 which contradicts what in based in the form itself. I thought it would be sent to me but it was not which is what made it difficult. Will need to be reminded of it next year.

Cons: Time consuming

Don't Plan on Printing

Program works well. But forget about printing. All I wanted was a printout of 1040-SR and I would get either 15 pages or a bunch of gobblygook. Spent over an hour trying to get it out but to no avail.
