Terrible service

I ordered this screen at the start of december and was supposed to receive it at the end of december... We are now in mid-february and the screen is nowhere to be found and sold out. From their website it looks like they have some in the States, but they don't want to ship it outside since I haven't heard back from them concerning this. They pushed the shipping to end of january and I waited. I don't know if I will ever receive it and I wished they would send it to me directly since they made me wait this long.
