I bought this a few weeks ago and have had nothing but troubles. Every time I let off the trigger while using the Turbo or 15 degree nozzle the unit shuts off and I have to hit the reset button, remove the nozzle and run water through without the motor(because it will not engage) for a few minutes, then I turn it on and it starts up. It also will not run with soap(diluted to mfg specs) I had to drain it and flush it completely. It does okay with the green and white nozzles if thats what you want but no hard work. I would strongly recommend you purchase another brand
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience—we’re sorry to hear you’ve been having trouble with your pressure washer, especially so soon after purchase. That’s certainly not the kind of performance we aim to deliver, and we appreciate the opportunity to help.
Based on your description, it sounds like there may be an issue with the 15° or Turbo nozzle. These nozzles can occasionally become clogged or partially obstructed, which may cause the unit to shut off unexpectedly or fail to engage properly.
We recommend the following steps:
Remove and thoroughly clean the 15° and Turbo nozzles, flushing both with clean water to ensure there’s no debris.
Inspect the inlet and nozzle tips for buildup or internal blockage.
If the issue persists after cleaning, we suggest using a thin wire or nozzle cleaning tool to carefully clear any remaining obstruction.
As for the soap function, it's important that the soap nozzle (black) is used when applying detergent, as other nozzles restrict water flow and won’t trigger the siphon. We're glad to hear the green and white nozzles are working, but your unit should absolutely be able to handle more than just light-duty tasks.
If the problem continues after cleaning, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly at 1-888-909-6757 or via chat on our website. We’d like to take a closer look and help you resolve this.
Thank you again for your feedback—and for giving Greenworks a try.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Greenworks GPW3000 pressure washer for several months now, and I couldn’t be more impressed. This machine strikes the perfect balance between power and convenience. With 3000 PSI of pressure and a brushless motor, it delivers serious cleaning capability that rivals some gas-powered units—but without the noise, fumes, or maintenance headaches.
Setup was quick and intuitive right out of the box. The 25-foot hose and 35-foot power cord give you plenty of reach, and the included nozzles (from 15° to turbo) make it easy to adapt to different tasks. I’ve used it to clean siding, patios, driveways, and even my truck—everything comes out looking like new.
One of the standout features is how quiet and smooth the operation is compared to traditional gas units. It’s also compact enough to store easily in my garage, and the onboard nozzle storage keeps everything organized.
If you’re looking for a powerful electric pressure washer that performs like a pro, the GPW3000 is worth every penny. Highly recommended for homeowners who want professional-level results without the hassle. The only other thing that I would recommend is of the hose king with QD fittings.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well packaged, all fittings easy to put on and off, seems like a quality product. Can't wait to use it. Like the 3 year warranty.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old 2700 PSI washer with this model and I couldn't be happier. The engine has plenty of power and runs with very little noise. Best of all is that I don't have to worry about running out of gas or being exposed to toxic fumes. I highly recommend the Greenworks 3000 PSI 2.0 GPM Cold Water Electric Pressure Washer.
