Critical information NOT provided prior to buying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 15 minutes on chat to try to resolve the problem of the washer shutting off when the wand trigger is pulled, the Agent informed me that this washer needs at least 40 psi or it will not operate properly.
That critical information is not on the box or in the manual - anywhere. It's not even listed in the troubleshooting section.
That is kinda very important to know BEFORE I purchased it. I doubt I'm the only customer blindsided by that hidden requirement. When I mentioned that the Better Business Bureau would hear about that oversight, the Agent terminated the chat.
Do better, Greenworks

Hello Jday59. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand how frustrating it must have been to discover the water pressure requirement only after troubleshooting, and we apologize that this important detail wasn’t clearly communicated in the packaging or manual. Your feedback is very valuable, and we’re sharing it with our product and documentation teams to help improve future clarity for customers. A pressure washer does not create its own water supply it relies on the flow and pressure coming in from your hose or water source. Here is why around 40–45 PSI (sometimes higher) is needed: Pump protection: The washer’s pump is designed to stay lubricated and cooled by a steady flow of water. If the incoming water pressure is too low, the pump can cavitate (air pockets form), which can damage seals and pistons. Consistent performance: The washer builds on the incoming water pressure. If supply pressure is below spec, the machine may sputter, shut off, or not produce the advertised cleaning power. Trigger response: When you pull the spray gun trigger, the system suddenly demands water. Adequate inlet pressure prevents stalling or the unit shutting off. Flow rate balance: Most washers are rated for a certain gallons-per-minute (GPM) intake. Without enough pressure behind the flow, the washer cannot keep up. In short: The open water source at ~45 PSI ensures the pump is fed properly, prevents overheating/damage, and allows the pressure washer to operate at its designed power. We hope you will find this information useful. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this was a warranty replacement of a year old same product that had a failed motor. the company asked a few questions about the failure and sent a complete new one to my home. The product works just great on my concrete driveway, my boat hull, my deck etc.

Impressive Power and Quiet Operation – Love This Machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Greenworks 2500 PSI 2-GPM pressure washer (Model #GPW2500) from Lowe's, and I’m thoroughly impressed! One of the standout features is the Total Stop System (TSS) — it’s simply awesome. Just press the trigger, and the machine springs to life. There's a slight delay when activating, but it’s a non-issue for me.
What really surprised me is how quiet the machine is while running -- I really love that about it.
In terms of cleaning power, it’s another big win. I use it with an aftermarket swivel gun and foam cannon to wash my cars, and it performs exceptionally well.
It also comes with a 25-foot hose that’s very flexible and easy to manage. This little beast exceeded my expectations!
I was actually about to buy a high-end model from Germany that costs five times as much — I’m so glad I chose this one instead.

Not bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used it once but it was a job and it got ran hard. Used for about 6 hours straight and had zero issues. Even had enough power to clean off concrete from years of grime. It would be nice to be able to manually turn the flow of detergent on and off. If the machine if off balance in the slightest way the vibration from the motor will rattle the wheels pretty good. Outside of the those two things this is a great tool to have around the house for your car, house, boat, driveway etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used the pressure washer for a short time but I am very pleased so far. I was hesitant to buy an electric pressure washer but after watching several YouTube reviews I decided to take a chance, it does seem to have the advertised psi. It is quiet and well built and quiet.
