[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pressure washer was super easy to setup. Pretty powerful for the price and it does everything I need it to do at my house. Love it! I’m considering purchasing more green works products!

Works when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well on pressure washing. Find that it stops when you release the trigger for too long and have to turn it off and unplug it to ‘reboot’ it back to working. The only way to avoid this is by turning the machine off while releasing pressure from the line. Also can’t store it flat with liquid in the tank because it will slowly leak out on your floor. Otherwise when it works, it works well.
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective, Powerful
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace 2300 pro 4 times in 3 years. Pressure switches go bad quick and cycling starts when not being used. Now it wont shut off or it may not start back up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello James2025.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear about the issues with your 2300 PRO and understand how frustrating this can be.
Continuous priming can happen due to small leaks, a partially engaged trigger gun, or air in the lines after the unit has been idle. Purging the system by squeezing the trigger or priming the pump with a garden hose can help restore steady flow.
We see that you have connected with Greenworks team and we are actively working on a solution and is committed to resolving it as quickly as possible. At Greenworks, we truly care about our customers and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We appreciate your patience and look forward to hearing from you as things get resolved.
If you require any additional support or have questions regarding a product, we recommend try our Q&A section on products' page or Chat with us direct on our website www.greenworkstools.com.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 3k PSI pressure washer works extremely well! I enjoy the 15" surface cleaner for driveways and sidewalks.
