Good but with some caveats

Overall I'm pleased with this pressure washer, but with some caveats. I also have a 2800 PSI/2.3 GPM gas-powered pressure washer and the Greenworks washer takes perhaps 50% longer to clean concrete surfaces (driveway and patio), but the Greenworks washer is so much quieter and more convenient to use that I think it's worth the tradeoff. Nonetheless, the Greenworks washer isn't powerful enough to work with the rotating surface cleaner I already own (so I'll have to get the Greenworks one), which makes me suspect that Greenworks advertises a higher pressure and/or flow rate than the washer actually produces. Two other more minor annoyances are that the holes for the "gun holder" weren't aligned correctly on the upper handle, so I had to drill out one of the mounting holes to get the screw to thread in when assembling the unit (poor quality control), and the gun holder itself doesn't actually hold the gun handle securely so it's always falling out (poor design) when I go to store the washer.

This machine is well built and I love how easy is to plug and clean without need to mess with gas. The cord is very log making convenient to move without repluging. I bought this particular model because of the pressure capacity it works very well using the nozzles but it seems.it cannot handle my 15" rotating brush I have from my gas machine. Otherwise I would give a 5 star. Perhaps it would work better with its brand rotating brush.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We’ve had our 3000-psi pressure washer for the last 4+ weeks as we renovate our new home and it has been a life-saver. Honestly, I don’t know how we’ve gotten by without it. It’s easy to use, is precise, and has great pressure. The different nozzles are great as well. We’ve been using the 15 for deep cleaning and the 40 for “sweeping” debris without splatter.

Love this machine, as an older person the electric power washer allowed me to clean exterior of my home much faster and not worry about fuels. The 3000 psi worked just as well as a gas machine.

I recently purchased this 3000 psi pressure washer almost one month ago. I wanted a more compact yet powerful pressure washer that was electric. I have cleaned about 2,000 sf of hardscape to date and I am very impressed with the performance and ease of use. I would highly recommend this product. If I were to change one feature on this pressure washer it would be the length of the hose from 25ft to 50ft. Lastly, it is extremely easy to assemble and fairly lightweight if you need to haul it around.

Worked great when it worked

I bought this pressure washer last spring 2020 to start a project on my fence. I’ve used it several times and loved its power and convenience. Now it is fall 2021 and started to use the pressure washer to clean a car, it made a terrible grinding noise and quit working. Pretty dissatisfied with the product for the price and length of use.

Hello Aptoolman,

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Unfortunately, your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please contact us at 1-888-909-6757 or submit an email to info@greenworkstools.com and include the headline "Help Request - Reviewer Response".

Gas power with electric convenience

I was reluctant about an electric power washer. I have long driveway in Florida that constantly turns black. I purchased a Ryobi 15 inch circular surface cleaner for a gas model (green works version was out of stock). It powered the accessory and cleaned the driveway flawlessly. I would give it 5 stars, but there are no directions on how to properly use the soap dispenser. Simply says use with low pressure tip.
