I just got done using this machine for the second time, taking advantage of 20 degree warmer than normal weather to do some Christmastime pressure washing. I am extremely satisfied.
Assembly: Assembly out of the box was straight forward, taking me about 45 minutes - which would have been less if I were more mechanically inclined. The included instructions are succinct, the type is small, and the illustrations are small as well. Nonetheless, it was an easy process to follow.
Set up for use: The order of set up per the user manual is not necessarily intuitive but is very easy to follow. The manual states not to use an extension cord. There is no option for a high-pressure hose (from the washer to the spray gun) longer than 30 feet (may be 25 feet for this model). This could present challenges depending on your home / yard layout. So far, I have been able to manage, but I have not tried the "farthest reaches" yet.
Operation: This baby rocks! It is powerful, quiet and very efficient in its use of water - particularly compared to the 2002 model of pressure washer from a competitor brand I previously owned. I have two walkway sections by my front door that get heavy shade, have poor drainage, and get run off of mulch and dirt during heavy rains (due to poor gutter / downspout design). With approximately 30 minutes of use of this machine with the 15 degree tip installed, and the two sections look the best they have in years (and this includes multiple washings by me with the old washer, at least one professional crew, and one "high school kids on a summer job" crew). This is the best testimonial I can provide for this model. I will note that experimenting with spray gun wand attachments and direction of washing will help you find the best set up for your situation.
Weaknesses: A longer high-pressure hose or longer cord would provide needed flexibility depending on house / yard layout. The filter for the garden hose intake can easily become dislodged. I tape mine to the nozzle holder when the machine is not being used. Given the weight of the machine, reinforced grab handles on the box would have been much appreciated.
I have been utilzing this power washer in many ways. It truly does have a have 3,000 psi...you used to have to get a gasoline powered one to get anything over 1,800 . I have used it on my truck, to clean the cedar logs of my home, knocking off hornet's nests ,from a afe distance.
High pressure outlet for an electric pressure washer. It’s great for the occasional use. It beats gas power if you don’t need one and having to deal with troubleshooting gas powered washer when you’re trying to use it.
Bought mainly to pressure wash my brick house. To my knowledge this has never been done and surely not in the 32 years I have been here. It worked great for this purpose using the turbo head. House looks great! Now i saved money doing it myself, I have a washer to do vehicles, driveway, etc for hopefully a long time. I have had the washer about a month. Bought some fluid to run in the pump to store it during freezing weather. Seems well built and designed for ease of use. Very happy with my purchase!
I bought this electric pressure washer to do small jobs around the house and to wash my truck. When I received it there were numerous parts missing, but a call to the support center resolved that issue quickly - replacement item was received within 5 days. This washer has done a great job on the truck and beats dragging the big gas pressure washer out each time.
Works great for what it is. Takes a few seconds for the pressure to build each time you grab the handle. Not really an issue but can be slightly annoying while waiting for the build up. Nice quality overall. Stable with the larger wheels which is what I was looking for.
