Hello Michael Strine
Happy to hear you are enjoying the pressure washer. We would love to offer some tips to help care for the pressure washer. When storing your pressure washer over the winter or for longer than 30 days, make sure it will be ready for your next cleaning project. Your manual will have specifics. Here are some general procedures:
• Store the pressure washer in a dry area, protected from freezing temperatures and other extreme weather. • Keep it away from heat sources that could dry out the pump seals. • Use a pump lubricant/antifreeze. A pump protector is liquid Anti-Freeze formulated to prolong the life of your pressure washer; the product can be found at most hardware stores. If you cannot do the Optimum Winterizing procedure, you can still protect your pressure washer from winter damage by disconnecting all water connections. Turn on the machine for a few second, until the remaining water in the pump exits. Turn off immediately. • Do not allow high-pressure hose to become kinked. • Store the machine and accessories in a room that does not reach freezing temperatures.
If it ends up that you are having an issue with the pressure washer, please contact our Customer Support at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS), and we would be happy to assist you further in remedying an issues. Thank you for your feedback.
Works better than expected. Easy setup, use and storage. Powerful and reliable. So far I have used for cleaning gutters, stripping wooden chairs and metal patio set, cleaning concrete patio, mower deck and cars. Excellent performance and quality hose and parts. Good length hose and electrical cord. Only defect was a kink in the plastic detergent hose because too short so I added the foamer to the wand!
Sorry but it truly sucks that you do not mention that you need an extra part for soap. That information is not on the box or in the assembly instructions. I am sorry but an attachment of the wand is dumb. You should make it clear that the soap is not mixed in a tank. My unit is assembled but unused. I want my money back!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello PepGarden
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We're very sorry to hear that this model did not meet your expectations.
There is a soap suction tube on the side of the unit. To use the soap, mix it in a pale and insert the tube. Install the soap nozzle and you're ready to go. Please review the instructions below for using the soap.
1. Put the machine vertically on a flat surface. 2. Put the end of the siphon hose into a detergent container (not included). 3. Install the soap spray tip onto the wand. 4. The machine will suck detergent automatically when you use the spray gun.
NOTE: Do the instructions on the solution bottle to prepare detergent. NOTE: Soap/detergent can only be applied with this machine when the black nozzle (75 degrees) is installed.
It's worth noting, you can always ask us questions here as well using the Q&A section on our website or on Amazon. Hope this helps!
I bought this to replace a gas powered unit. Every year I would drag that out and have to fuss with it to get it to run. This year it was attacked by mice over the winter. I just couldn't deal with it any longer when it quit half way through a job. So I decided to go electric. Despite conventional wisdom that electric units won't be as powerful as gas units I saw the Greenworks machine had good feedback from buyers. Well, I took it out of the box. It is solidly made. It went together easily. The flexible pressure hose is awesome! And I was able to finish the job I had started in no time. Pressure was great and I was only using the medium nozzle. I'm very pleased with this pressure washer.
This pressure washer has the best of the electric features - relatively quiet, easy to use, less expensive - with the best quality of the gas ones - POWERFUL! And when one uses such an efficient and effective machine, it is strangely therapeutic - just watching the dirt and fungus blow away is a zen experience :). When I sent a video of the pressure washer in action to my sister-in-law, she thought the machine was painting the wall! It is just that good!
