Greenworks 3000 psi pressure washer
The machine doesn’t t have the pressure of a gas machine, that I am accustomed to using, but it does have enough pressure to meet my needs and there is much less hassles than dealing with a gas. This is the first machine I have purchased for personal use, as such there are a few improvement that I think would make the machine more user friendly. The first I think would be a huge improvement; put a drain plug in the soap dispenser tank so unused solution can be easily drained. Or better yet, make the tank easily removable so the solution could be poured out. Maybe tabs molded into the tank that fit into pockets or clips on the frame with 1 hand bolt, similar to the handle bolts, to secure it. With a quick connect like the hoses for the machine to draw the solution out during use. It is really a hassle removing unused solution now. Next, improve the wand mount. Maybe angle the bracket on the handle & put a push clip for the nozzle end on the frame. Next is a small, nice to have thing; a hook maybe on the handle for a garden hose. You need a hose to use the machine, it would be nice to be able to store a hose neatly with the machine so everything is there.
Overall I think this a very good, easy to use pressure washer & I’m looking forward to being able to use it for large & quick cleaning tasks.
MY SON has a BBQ business, this is fantastic for washing grates and trays . cut his cleanup time in half. Highly recommend.

The pressure washer is quiet and is easy to operate as well as having good power. The trigger on the wand has back pressure when engaged which is fine if you are only using it for a few minutes. if you intend on holding that trigger for a longer time you will feel the pain. The design of the trigger also has a serious pinch point if your hand moves up and you release the trigger. Glad I have the wand from my old pressure washer. Customer service said this is a safety feature, I thin k it is a poor design.

I just used it to pressure wash my house sidings. I absolutely love this product. Very easy to move around, store and most importantly does not make noise.
Overall a good product but I am on my second greenworks pressure washer and they both have had issues with the motor stopping, even after just 5 minutes of use. The only way to get the motor to reset is to unplug the unit at the power source and then plug it back in. Company support has been difficult to come by.

Hello JTSOUKUP

Especially, since it seems that you have two units experiencing the same problem. Please know that this pressure washer model carries a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. In the meantime, this issue can be caused by a few factors such as excess air trapped in the pump, clogged nozzles or no nozzle being installed. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions to resolve these issues. 1) To clean the nozzles, soak all of your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. 2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. 3) Ensure a nozzle is connected. 4) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. 5) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water from going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Please note this product has a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. Hope this helps!
Previously I had a Karcher electric power washer, and I wanted to update for something more powerful and durable. Now the PSI game is crazy. All the other products out there making wild claim on their PSI. After reading many reviews I had decided this is the product. Why? Because it was PWMA certified. It arrived on time and worked flawlessly. In fact it's making washing my pawers or my cars fun.
