[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this due to the gas pressure washer I borrowed from a friend would not start. I worked on it for days and could never get it to run. I was so, so impressed with my Greenworks GPW2500 electric pressure washer. Very easy to put together, easy to set up and whenever you press the trigger on the pressure washer's wand, you have a powerful stream of water. I cleaned our back porch, 32x16, plus 7 large lanai windows in no time. what a great purchase and value for what the GPW2500 can do!

A little more hold time than I would have preferred but then great and easy interaction once I was talking to a real person. Unit works great and I'm hopeful to get some good use on the replacement.

Works well with a few quirks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had a few gas pressure washers before and thought it would be good to try an electric one. This washes pretty well, is quiet, and easy to start, but there are a few issues. First, how hard would it be to put strain relief on the hose fittings? Every other washer I've used, even much cheaper, let the wand hose rotate at the connection point - not this one. The high pressure hose becomes a twisted mess after just a couple of minutes. Second, the accessories and wand don't stay on their storage mounts - this can be corrected with bungees but kind of annoying Green works doesn't supply them at this price point. Third the soap dispenser has two odd problems. 1 it puts out way too much soap and a full container can only do about 200 sf, 2 there seems to be no way to stop dispensing soap without disconnecting the soap tube, which is ok, but if you don't reconnect it, all the soap will pour into the floor when you store the machine.
