This product has been great for me! I used this product to wash the siding on my house and I've used it numerous times with a foam cannon to keep the vehicles clean. My only complaint is the spray nozzle holder on the unit could be made better, the nozzle tends to fall off very easily. I do love the product though!

Very easy setup and instructions. I put it right to work. I pressure washed my wood deck, concrete deck and driveway, my vinyl siding and finally my Honda motorcycle. It handled the three day workout with easy. Oh, I also used vinegar and simple green when doing the cleaning parts. It’s a great product.

I bought this about a month ago, and really like it. Very powerful, and versatile. I used it to clean up my old brick patio, and now it looks like new. I like the versatility of this product, and the long power cord.

Powerful but compact. Build quality is good. Simple and easy to use. User guide is not very useful. Important to check that all hoses are firmly attached. A loose pressure hose (my fault) caused the motor to keep cutting out. A loose soap tank hose (not inspected after use) resulted in a detergent spill on the garage floor. Overall, a nice product

Previously I had a Karcher electric power washer, and I wanted to update for something more powerful and durable. Now the PSI game is crazy. All the other products out there making wild claim on their PSI. After reading many reviews I had decided this is the product. Why? Because it was PWMA certified. It arrived on time and worked flawlessly. In fact it's making washing my pawers or my cars fun.

Overall a good product but I am on my second greenworks pressure washer and they both have had issues with the motor stopping, even after just 5 minutes of use. The only way to get the motor to reset is to unplug the unit at the power source and then plug it back in. Company support has been difficult to come by.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In the meantime, this issue can be caused by a few factors such as excess air trapped in the pump, clogged nozzles or no nozzle being installed.
Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions to resolve these issues.
1) To clean the nozzles, soak all of your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
3) Ensure a nozzle is connected.
4) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI.
5) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water from going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Please note this product has a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
