Great pressure washer

I bought this washer to clean my house and walkways and driveway . The turbo nozzle cut through the grime on the driveway quite easily and the 40* nozzle rinsed it away.the walks and drive look nearly new again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lightweight yet powerful

Bought this a few weeks ago and finally had time to use it. Someone had opened the box before as the cord was unraveled. Turns out they had put the detergent dispenser in the wand and broke off the tip in the wand, as it took me 10 min. of trying to get the nozzle on the wand before I realized something was wedged inside, preventing the nozzle from going in all the way. ugh. Luckily I could pull it out with pliers. Called customer service and with no hassle, they told me they were shipping a replacement detergent dispenser out to me.
The washer is way more powerful than I thought it would be. Very effective on my concrete walkway. The unit is lightweight and not bulky. Beautifully designed. Love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It works fine!

I bought to product approximately a week ago for my detailing business. As my title states, it works fine and all, but in my opinion it could have been built better in two areas. The connection for the water hose is in the front rather than the back and the connection for the water pressure hose is in the back rather than the front. These to mistakes makes this unit hard to move around. That's why I gave it a four rather than a five star rating.

A look at greenworks 2000psi model

I bought this to do the wooden deck on the idea that it makes no sense to spend $ for a gas model that I would have to throttle so as not to cut grooves in my deck. It worked as good as expected. My only grief, and it's a big one, is that tort law makes it so the machine does not work while using an extension cord. This is a pain because the user has to think creativly to be able to reach all the areas of the house, e.g., running the cord through open windows.

great machine

We know have about 20 hours using the 2000lb elec. washer to power wash the world war II USS Drum submarine at Battleship Memorial Park in Mobile Al. It is great at taking off loose paint and rust, saving us a lot of time.

Used twice and it quit working. Also when it did work it did not clean very well.

So, the pressure washer works just as expected. Does a great job and was also a great value. I did have the wand develop a leak, probably due to being dropped on concrete driveway, which caused the machine to run constantly and leak profusely. I did not keep the receipt so I couldn't prove the purchase date, HOWEVER, the replacement part was not over priced, and even with shipping was less than I expected. Customer service (I actually spoke to a real person whom I could understand!) was prompt, courteous and got the part shipped out to me quickly. All in all, I am a satisfied customer and would recommend this product.

We got this washer last week and I love using it. I am 68 years old and my grip is not what it once was. But this thing is great easy to hold. It cleans amazingly for size. I was oil stains from concrete and dirt and stain from decking. We got it a Lowe's on sale and it was a bargain. Thanks Greenworks we love it.
