Low Build Quality

After many hours of research I purchased the Pro2300. Once assembled, I found myself VERY uncomfortable with the build quality of this product. The upper handle section is a loose fit resulring in a lot of movement. For the hose connections to the pump, fittings are secured to the housing with what appear to be dpring clips. This leaves the fittings wobbly. I can't see that lasting very long when hoses are assured to be pulled at during use. I returned it and will keep shopping.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please note that there is a little play because we have to build in some form of shock dampening; the inlet and outlet connectors often get hit on things as customers transport the unit or pull on the hose to reposition the unit – this adds stress to the joint at the pump so to reduce the forces exerted there, we allow the outlet some wiggle while still maintaining a seal. Doesn’t work

This pressure washer has potential, but I can’t give it more that 2 stars. This is because the motor shuts down when I pull the trigger. This happens at least half the time. Clearly a defect. Greenworks is sending me a replacement unit so I’ll have to wait and see if that one works properly. Until then, 2 stars.

Washer works great. Wand holder does not hold wand. 2nd time I used it, as I was putting it up, I bumped wand. It fell out of holder into lake. No parts available. Been waiting over 2 months for a replacement wand.
