I've used the pressure washer for about 4 hours total. Most of the use was washing my vehicle. It has now stopped working. Tried flushing it out, nope. Tried purging air, nope. Disconnect and reconnect, nope. Plug test and reset, nope.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In the meantime, it’s important to remember when purging the unit to remove the nozzle on the end of your wand. Make sure there are no kinks in any of the hoses and the unit is receiving pressurized water of at least 50 P.S.I.

Just Problems!

The first day using it, the trigger handle stuck open. The next time we used it, the trigger started working again, but the soap dispenser would not work no matter what we did (yes using the correct nozzle). The third time using, the motor stopped after about 10 minutes and wisps of smoke came form the housing. Now dead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Power Washer with Minor Issues

This power washer does the job I expect to see from much more expensive and powerful washers. I have cleaned a lot of crud from my garage floor and driveway with it, including dried paint drippings, oil spots, and winter road crud. It stores into a small size, which for me is a big plus.
My only complaints: 1)the high pressure wand tends to stop rotating, which greatly reduces its effectiveness. I have learned to always spray WD40 into the nozzle and store it nozzle-up, and respray just before using it. This seems to do the trick. 2) I accidentally pulled it over during usage, and the plastic handle broke; this handle is of poor design. It would be nice to buy a replacement handle, but I cannot find one... ;(

Bought this Green works power washer in 2017 in Gig Harbor area WA. state. used it probly 3 to 4 times cleaning the years of gunk off the back deck, stairs from fir trees, looked like new wood after, moved on to the back sidewalks and two car garage parking front carport and the RV parking concrete throughout with awesome results complete updated look of driveways and access paths around house with 65 douglas firs dropping debris 10 years or more gone in an afternoon . Key Note ..read all the directions and drain all the water tank hoses and PROBLEM FREE you will succeed. . do not understand negative reflecting reviews as this is not my experience at all. low water pressure from water source or poor handling storage of unit is my guess. but none the less my opinion is of one great tool for the price easy moving around adequate hose wand and power cord lengths . still works looks brand new. great design . bought cleaning head adapter as well. I give it 4 star on all categories. 5 star worthy but i never rate at 5 for any review as I am realistic . only if it was free. thank you greenworks for making property sale without problems... realtor loved the cleanse it achieved. profits yes we did.. moved to Ozarks and it still works fine RV is shiny clean. A grade

cleaning basement floor

Used it twice last year on my patio worked about as well as a strong waterhose.. Tried using this week to clean my basement floor plugged it in, turned water on turned power on and got NOTHING. Tried several times same result. Another example of you get what you pay for. After reading the reviews Greenworks should replace each one of the complaints with an upgraded model. Its not the air in the waterline.

Great for houses & driveway, need to use a #14 extension cord to get to hard to reach areas. Trying to find a extension wand for high areas . Cant't rate durability since I only used the pressure washer twice.
