Plug not working**

I had an issue with the test plug not working after a year or so, it just hummed when I plugged it in, I checked breakers and all that. Simple fix was to go to home improvement store and buy a 115 v regular 2 pronged plug, switched it out and it works good now

Poor quality parts

Purchased unit spring of 2018. Worked great until this spring. Housing on output side of pump is broken. Many other reviews on here of the exact same problem. This is my second washer from this company and will be my last. I guess it only has a 1 yr warranty for a reason. PS: I do not agree with your terms and conditions on this review site but I have to say I do to be able to post this!

I have owned gas powered power washer for years, but was tired of its maintenance, immobility, noise. It finally died. I am very impressed by the Greenworks 2700. Very powerful, handles all my jobs very well, lightweight, easy to use, soap function works well, turbo nozzle is excellent. Have been using it for multiple applications for a couple months now and it has not disappointed. I recommend this highly.

I previously owned a gas powered pressure washer. "Lost" at a relatives house, saw a promo on a TV segment and purchased. Easy to assemble, even easier to use. I used to dread taking the heavy gas powered machine around, this is a light, powerful and as advertised workhorse. In process of downsizing and know this machine will do the job in our new home as well.

It didn’t work

When I used it for an important job that I needed it for (driveway) I applied the soap. Then I switched to my 40 nozzle and the machine kept turning off is this something normal for this pressure washer???? I tried it muotimes and the same thing kept happing. I would not recommend this product.

Another Broken Hose Fitting!

I used the product to clean my front and back porch immediately after purchasing. I was very pleased until I went to use the product about 1 year later....Another example of the many reviews on a broke hose fitting. I was wondering if I somehow caused this myself but it’s obviously a manufacturing defect after seeing all the other reviews. I have no comment on how their customer service department will handle this issue. Will update once I know.
