Hello Guy24,
Sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing with the pressure washer. It sounds as though your nozzles may be clogged or there is some air trapped in the unit, these are common issues. With the following troubleshooting, this should be resolved! Please be sure to follow closely as these steps are not as effective when altered. 1) To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. 2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. 3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. 4) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. If you are still having trouble, please submit an email using the customer contact page on our website or give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).

I have been utilzing this power washer in many ways. It truly does have a have 3,000 psi...you used to have to get a gasoline powered one to get anything over 1,800 . I have used it on my truck, to clean the cedar logs of my home, knocking off hornet's nests ,from a afe distance.

3000 psi Pressure Washer

I bought this to add to my all electric outdoor power tools. Had a 3300 psi Simpson with Honda engine, worked great but very noisy, and the disadvantage of having to store gasoline. Have not used as yet but know I will not be dissolved. Stores in very little space, and very compact compared to the gas one I previously owned. Bought this 3000 psi green works pressure washer as it’s rating was very high.

Have used several times and I am very impressed. Power is great and had no issues at all. Very easy to move around the house using the large tires. LOVE the hose that comes with this as it is much more flexible than any hose I have used before.

Hello Bemo,
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Unfortunately, your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try.
Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump.
Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60 PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.
Please note this product has a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please contact Greenworks at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a week ago to clean off the garage door, wood, and stucco. Initial setup was easy. The nozzle options were very nice to have. Cleaned off the materials just like what I was hoping for.
