Absolute TRASH and a WASTE OF MONEY!!!

If this could get a 0 stars rating, it would. Used twice, first time it shut off and would not turn back on. A few weeks later used for a short period of time effectively. Third time, doesn’t turn on. Attempted the troubleshoot techniques listed, water pressure, no kinks in hose, plugged in to the same outlet it worked on prior, bled the line, and still nothing. 45 minutes later, still on hold waiting for a representative and only have moved up the line by 10 spots…. Not only would I not recommend, I will tell anyone I see looking to purchase the item about my poor experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Matt850,

With the spring season here, we have an influx of requests. We apologize for the delays currently taking place! Our team is doing our best to operate under existing guidelines as well to keep everyone safe. We know your time is valuable and our team is working diligently to be in contact with each waiting customer as quickly as we can be while giving each person the attention they deserve. Unfortunately, we understand this is not ideal, but we want to be clear that this is not a normal experience for Greenworks. Please know, that we look forward to assisting you and are very sorry for the delay.

It sounds like have tried some of the troubleshooting tips however, I'd like to offer some additional troubleshooting tips in the hopes it remedy's the problems are you are experiencing.
Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.
Again, our apologies for any inconvenience these delays may cause.

The Pro 2300-PSI Pressure Washer has proved to be an awesome buy! We unfortunately had to use this after our backyard shed was flooded twiceI. This powerful machine sprayed the nasty mud and residue off the shed walls, floor and equipment, tools and other possessions we had stored in the shed. It is so easy to start, maneuver, and provides plenty of cord. I'm so glad I got this!!

Hello Bettina,

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Unfortunately, your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Super Easy

I bought this a few weeks ago and have been using it around the house for some hours now. The cord is nice a long, the large wheels make it easy to get around the yard, and the water pressure is always on demand (no ramp up time). So glad I got this over a gasoline model. It runs at the same great pressure as others I've had without the maintenance. A+ !

Hello Me angry,

We are sorry for the experience you had with our product. Know that this is not what we expect. No, it is not normal for this to occur. We would suggest trying an alternate plug on a different circuit in your home; any large appliances on the same circuit could be the reason it is occurring like this. Should you still continue to experience problems we urge you to contact our customer care using the customer contact page on our website or give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS), and we will be happy to assist with the warranty claims process. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to making it right!

Glad I purchased

There is a delay of a couple seconds after squeezing the trigger before the water is at pressure. This takes a little getting used to. The position of the power button is not obvious and the light gets washed out on a bright day. When rolling the unit, the wand is prone to bounce out of its holder. Overall, I am pleased with the unit. It is relatively easy to roll it around. There are places for the power cord, hose, wand, and attachments. I am glad to have the variety of tips.
