[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this was a warranty replacement of a year old same product that had a failed motor. the company asked a few questions about the failure and sent a complete new one to my home. The product works just great on my concrete driveway, my boat hull, my deck etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 15 minutes on chat to try to resolve the problem of the washer shutting off when the wand trigger is pulled, the Agent informed me that this washer needs at least 40 psi or it will not operate properly.
That critical information is not on the box or in the manual - anywhere. It's not even listed in the troubleshooting section.
That is kinda very important to know BEFORE I purchased it. I doubt I'm the only customer blindsided by that hidden requirement. When I mentioned that the Better Business Bureau would hear about that oversight, the Agent terminated the chat.
Do better, Greenworks

Hello Jday59. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand how frustrating it must have been to discover the water pressure requirement only after troubleshooting, and we apologize that this important detail wasn’t clearly communicated in the packaging or manual. Your feedback is very valuable, and we’re sharing it with our product and documentation teams to help improve future clarity for customers. A pressure washer does not create its own water supply it relies on the flow and pressure coming in from your hose or water source. Here is why around 40–45 PSI (sometimes higher) is needed: Pump protection: The washer’s pump is designed to stay lubricated and cooled by a steady flow of water. If the incoming water pressure is too low, the pump can cavitate (air pockets form), which can damage seals and pistons. Consistent performance: The washer builds on the incoming water pressure. If supply pressure is below spec, the machine may sputter, shut off, or not produce the advertised cleaning power. Trigger response: When you pull the spray gun trigger, the system suddenly demands water. Adequate inlet pressure prevents stalling or the unit shutting off. Flow rate balance: Most washers are rated for a certain gallons-per-minute (GPM) intake. Without enough pressure behind the flow, the washer cannot keep up. In short: The open water source at ~45 PSI ensures the pump is fed properly, prevents overheating/damage, and allows the pressure washer to operate at its designed power. We hope you will find this information useful. Hello Roadrunner2101. We regret learning of the difficulties you encounter with your pressure washer. Please find below a list of troubleshooting suggestions for your consideration. Clean Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. Lastly, ensure the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Please note this product has a three-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you have exhausted all troubleshooting steps and the problem persists, contact us through Live Chat on Greenworks Tools website or call 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). So, our experts can discuss your experience; please have your pressure washer with you along with the model and serial number to complete troubleshooting to ensure quick resolution is provided.

Having owned a 4000psi, 4gpm gas pressure washer for 8 years, I was looking for a powerful yet manageable pressure washer to bring with us in our 45' Motorcoach as we traveled the U.S. Being 75 years old and a disabled Veteran, the Greenworks Pro 3000 was exactly what I needed. I first used it around the house power washing our 200 foot drive and 80 foot side driveway, our aggregate patio deck using the driveway attachment, and the Motorcoach using the spray foam attachment...You have my word and honest endorsement, this Pressure Washer is hands down the best you will ever use! I wanted to be certain this would be the right choice before bringing it with us for thousands of miles...You won't go wrong with this product. Two of my friends purchased this unit solely on my recommendation and are totally pleased.
