We put it to the test

Upon getting the 3000-PSI washer and unboxing we decided to make a weekend of all things deck...Stipping and cleaning the surface, as well as cleaning everything that lives on the deck. The pressure washer did a beautiful job of non-stop workhorse duty. I didn't experience any pressure drops so long as the feed-hose remained kink-free, and the provided nozzles were fantastic. I very much liked the turbo nozzle. I was replacing a light green product from an orange store, I felt everything was superior on this washer. Much easier to move around, due to the body design, the wheels aren't impeded by the unit's own shape, and the wand hose is much easier to store and use. It would seem like having a reel would be nice, but after having it on the previous unit for 5 years, this storage method is far better for ease of actual deployment and packing up.
All in all I love this unit, the motor is strong and has been reliable on it's auto on-off so far. The ease of use and getting it deployed and working is very quick, especially compared to other units. Storage is great since it sits upright. I've already given my other powerwasher to a family member who didn't have one, I can't ever see myself choosing to use it over the Greenworks model, the difference feels akin to moving from Ikea furniture to solid Amish built items, less gangly and more solidly-cohesive.

Poor quality and support

Bought the unit in fall of 2020. Used a few times then the water outlet broke on motor. Contacted company by E-mail. I have not been contacted as of May 2021. I can not find replacement parts or support.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Outstanding Unit

Everything is arranged and retained on the unit for use and storage. The pressure hose is truly kink-free which is a real blessing in not having to "fight it" to get to where you want to work, and it stores compactly on the unit retained by an elastic cord that keeps it there nice and neat. The hose, nozzles and power cord are all on-board and ready for upright storage or use. The roto-nozzle is magic - so effortless to cover area quickly and evenly, and the range of the other nozzles gives good coverage and results for their respective applications. This 3000psi unit gets the job done and then some. I have done my concrete driveway, deck, front porch, truck, and the north side of the house (the worst) and am totally satisfied. AND, its so quiet compared to a gas engine unit which some of my neighbors use. Kudos to Greenworks.

First Pressure and We Like It

This is the first pressure washer I've used and was very impressed. Great pressure and excellent results cleaning mowers, tractor, all equipment we use. Easy setup, you do need to follow directions and do tasks in order. There was an O-Ring out of place on the wand, but very easy to re-position.
Pleased with the long power cord. Elastic hose holder is a great idea. Surprising small (compact) being able to stand upright stores any where.
I would suggest additional storage for after market nozzles and soap.
Again, having never used one, I am very impressed with pressure, ease of use and the over all quality.

Best Pressure Washer Ever!

This pressure washer is hands down the easiest to use & most effective pressure washer I have ever used! We just moved into a new house and were able to get our deck, concrete stairs, brick patio & sunroom looking brand new! The pressure is so easy to change, and the fact that it is electric means you don't have to worry about running out of gas which is amazing. I also loved using the soap feature for the windows in our sunroom to get an extra clean! It is not too heavy and has wheels that make it easy to move from place to place, as well as a very generous electrical cord! It makes SUCH a difference in such a short amount of time and I couldn't be happier with the product.
I would recommend this to a friend!
