Sorry but it truly sucks that you do not mention that you need an extra part for soap. That information is not on the box or in the assembly instructions. I am sorry but an attachment of the wand is dumb. You should make it clear that the soap is not mixed in a tank. My unit is assembled but unused. I want my money back!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello PepGarden
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We're very sorry to hear that this model did not meet your expectations.
There is a soap suction tube on the side of the unit. To use the soap, mix it in a pale and insert the tube. Install the soap nozzle and you're ready to go. Please review the instructions below for using the soap.
1. Put the machine vertically on a flat surface. 2. Put the end of the siphon hose into a detergent container (not included). 3. Install the soap spray tip onto the wand. 4. The machine will suck detergent automatically when you use the spray gun.
NOTE: Do the instructions on the solution bottle to prepare detergent. NOTE: Soap/detergent can only be applied with this machine when the black nozzle (75 degrees) is installed.
It's worth noting, you can always ask us questions here as well using the Q&A section on our website or on Amazon. Hope this helps!
I bought this to replace a gas powered unit. Every year I would drag that out and have to fuss with it to get it to run. This year it was attacked by mice over the winter. I just couldn't deal with it any longer when it quit half way through a job. So I decided to go electric. Despite conventional wisdom that electric units won't be as powerful as gas units I saw the Greenworks machine had good feedback from buyers. Well, I took it out of the box. It is solidly made. It went together easily. The flexible pressure hose is awesome! And I was able to finish the job I had started in no time. Pressure was great and I was only using the medium nozzle. I'm very pleased with this pressure washer.
This pressure washer has the best of the electric features - relatively quiet, easy to use, less expensive - with the best quality of the gas ones - POWERFUL! And when one uses such an efficient and effective machine, it is strangely therapeutic - just watching the dirt and fungus blow away is a zen experience :). When I sent a video of the pressure washer in action to my sister-in-law, she thought the machine was painting the wall! It is just that good!
I have only used this a handful of times but it is fantastic. It has almost as much power as my 3200 psi gas pressure washer that died after only 3 years. Washing my car with a foam canon on the end of this wand has produced the best foam I have ever had! The only reason this isn’t a 5 star is because every now and again the pressure seems to cut out for a few seconds.
The unit performs better than expected. I have always rented a gas powered washers in the past. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this electric model performed as well if not better than the rentals and without the racket to boot. it's a nice compact package and fits well in my limited storage space.
