parts failure
on August 10, 2025

I bought the GPW1600 in 2021. So far I had to replace the gun after it stopped working. That was while under warranty, so a replacement was sent no charge. Now the plastic wand is leaking at the seam. Tried to repair with JB Weld, then repair fix-it silicon tape with no success. It has been a useful tool, but quality of parts is subpar. Also have leaking from garden hose inlet assembly and it has gotten worse with every use. Replacement parts do not seem to be available. Not a long lasting product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did my research and made the purchase with confidence. Ease of operation is excellent. Cleaning my driveway and sidewalk with years of accumulated dirt was very satisfying. Also made my sandstone steps look like new!

worked well at first.

Had 3 months. Pressure would be steady 10 seconds then off, then had to let go of the trigger and repull to get 5 more seconds of pressure, then repeat. Had to do this the whole time using it. Now after only using 3-4 times it doesn't even come on at all.

Hello flava2386.
We are sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your pressure washer. Please try the following troubleshooting steps to help get your unit working properly:

1. Clean Obstructed Nozzles:
Soak your nozzles in a 50/50 mixture of warm water and white vinegar for about an hour. Then, use a nozzle cleaning tool or a paper clip to carefully clear out any debris from the nozzle holes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. This should remove any blockages affecting performance.

2. Remove Air from the Line (Bleed the Unit):

Set up the pressure washer as usual, making sure not to use an extension cord.

Remove any nozzle attached to the wand.

Ensure the GFCI on the power cord shows a green light.

Turn on your garden hose fully but keep the pressure washer turned OFF.

Squeeze and hold the trigger for about 3 minutes to let water flow through the system without pressure, which helps purge any trapped air.

After 3 minutes, turn the pressure washer ON. If it runs properly, reinstall a clean nozzle and continue using it.

Additional Tips:

Make sure your water source is fully open and supplying at least 45 PSI.

Use at least 10 feet of unrestricted garden hose between the water source and the pressure washer, avoid any kinks or restrictions.

Please note, this product comes with a three-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you have tried these steps and still have issues, contact us via Live Chat at Greenworks Tools website or call 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). Have your pressure washer, model, and serial number ready so our experts can assist you quickly and efficiently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought units haven't been able to use it. I know it will meeting and exceed my expectations because I have used the 1500 model at my work place and it did wonders on the years of stuck on grease. After pressure washing the area the floor finish looked like it had been replaced with new floor.

Greenworks GPW3000 Working Great!
on August 13, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since purchasing this pressure washer 4 days ago, I have used it for approximately 12 hours washing siding and concrete. I have had to perform the bleed-out procedure a couple times but I attribute that to having to run the pressure washer utilizing 200 feet of water hose. When I used it with a shorter version of hose I haven't had to perform that procedure. My wife is thrilled with my purchase and she is amazed at how good the siding and our concrete porches are looking. I'm pleased as well and have enjoyed using an electric pressure washer versus a gas model. The unit has a lot of pressure and has been able to clean everything. I have added a pressure washer surface cleaner and it is working great on the concrete. I have no complaints and time will tell about the durability. The tool has 3 years of warranty and 10 years on the motor. Some of the others I considered only had 90 days.
